Airyca
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zendevr LLC, doing business as Airyca (“Airyca,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website (airyca.com) and our AI receptionist and customer-retention services (the “Services”).
Airyca provides software that helps appointment-based local businesses (such as salons) communicate with their customers — answering phone calls and messages, booking and managing appointments, sending reminders and confirmations, requesting reviews, and re-engaging past customers.
Information we collect
- Business customer information. When a business signs up for Airyca, we collect business and contact details (e.g., business name, owner/staff names, email, phone number, address, service menu, and billing information).
- End-customer information. On behalf of our business customers, we process information about their customers, such as name, phone number, email, and appointment details, in order to provide the Services.
- Voice call information. For businesses that use our AI voice receptionist, we process inbound phone calls on their behalf, including call audio, recordings, and transcripts, in order to answer questions, book appointments, and improve the Services.
- Website information. When you visit airyca.com, we may collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and any information you submit through contact forms.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Services, including to:
- Book, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments.
- Answer inbound phone calls through our AI voice receptionist, and record and transcribe those calls to carry out requests and to monitor and improve the Services.
- Send transactional messages such as appointment reminders, confirmations, and post-visit review requests.
- Send re-engagement messages to customers who have opted in.
- Provide customer support, billing, analytics, and improve the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small amount of browser storage to make our website and its embedded chat and booking tools work — for example, a session identifier that lets a conversation continue. These are essential to providing the features you use.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first. You can accept or reject non-essential storage using the cookie notice on our site, and change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
SMS / text messaging program
Airyca sends text messages on behalf of business customers to their customers.
- Message types: appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, post-visit review requests, and occasional re-engagement messages.
- Consent:We only send messages to individuals who have opted in — either by texting a business directly, or by providing their phone number through a business’s booking or contact form with consent to be contacted. Consent is recorded. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with the business.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in (e.g., by replying START).
- Help: For help, reply HELP to any message.
Mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Voice calls and recording
For business customers who enable it, Airyca answers inbound phone calls using an automated AI voice receptionist that can answer questions, check availability, and book appointments on the business’s behalf. At the start of a call, callers are informed that they are speaking with an automated assistant.
Recording and transcription.Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can carry out the caller’s request, maintain accurate records, support the business, and monitor and improve the Services. Recordings and transcripts are treated as personal information under this Policy.
Notice and consent. Some jurisdictions (including California and other “all-party consent” states) require that all parties be notified before a call is recorded. The business customer using Airyca is responsible for ensuring any call-recording and automated-call notice or consent required for its callers is provided, and Airyca provides an automated notice at the start of calls to support this.
If you do not wish to speak with an automated assistant or to be recorded, you may ask to be transferred to a person or end the call and contact the business directly.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile/SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.
We share information only:
- With the business you interacted with (its customer records).
- With service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Services (for example, our SMS and voice/telephony providers, payment processor, and AI/hosting providers), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and prohibited from using the data for their own marketing.
- When required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We may share information with subcontractors and service providers solely to support and deliver the Services. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the contact form on our website. Depending on your location (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
